Tona Chrystal Forman

Toni passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by family, after her courageous 14-month battle with cancer.

She was born in Tacoma WA to loving parents, Covey and Florence Ruyle.  Toni was the 3rd great granddaughter of Dr Charles Spinning and was raised in the Puyallup Valley.  She graduated from Puyallup High School class of 1964 and soon after met and married her husband of 50 years, Donald C Forman. They eventually settled here to raise a family of their own. Toni devoted most of her life to caring for her 4 children. She taxied them to piano lessons, soccer, baseball, softball, blue birds, cub scouts etc. never missing an opportunity to be a support.

The bulk of her work life was spent in the telecommunications department at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Toni was preceded in death by her husband Don, Mother and Father, brother, Terry Ruyle, and grandson Brandon Forman.  She is survived by her daughter, LaTona Carr (Brad) of Puyallup grandchildren Oscar, Garret (Jessica), Brendan and Reaman. Sons, Donald (Lorie) of Las Vegas Nevada, grandchildren Karl, Alex, Ashlee (Troy) and Alexis. Victor (Carrie) of Costa Rica, grandchildren Covey and Christopher. Ricky of Puyallup. As well as 4 great grandchildren.

Toni was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, teacher, cheerleader, confidant, friend, and inspiration. She will always be in our hearts
