Sandra May Davidson

Sandra “Sandie” May Davidson, 72, passed from this earth on June 11th, 2023, in Puyallup Washington. Sandie was born May 23rd, 1951 to Silas “Ed” Edgar and Amy Lucille Cox (Thomas) in Hiawatha, Kansas.

Sandie was married to Larry James Davidson in 1984. Sandie and Larry enjoyed fishing, camping, frequenting the casino, and traveling together. Sandie enjoyed many hobbies, such as quilting, ceramics, scrapbooking, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Sandie is preceded in death by her husband, Larry James Davidson, parents Silas "Ed" Cox and Amy Cox. Sisters, Marie Casten (Sumner, WA), Gladys Schoenbachler (Orting, WA), Barbra Holsten (North Platte, NE), and Reba Sigafoos (Orting, WA). Brothers, Charles Cox (Omaha, NE) and Raymond Cox (North Platte, NE).

Sandie is survived by her brother Clarence "Butch" Cox (Deeanna) of Ephrata, WA, sister Debra Forbes of North Platte, NE, son, Reginald Cox (Hollie) of Graham, WA, and, daughter Christine Tanner (Dean) of Sumner, WA. Sandie’s 5 grandchildren, Lindzie Boyd, Stephen Killmer, Alicia Farias (Brian), Natasha Montalvo (David) and Kelsey Cox, and 5 great- grandchildren, Payton Harmier, Brooke Michael, Hadley Farias, Charli Cox, and Bodhi Farias.  Sandie is also survived by many members of extended family.

Services will be held at Powers Funeral Home of Puyallup, WA on Thursday, June 29th, 2023 at 1pm.

A celebration of life will follow at the Orting Eagles from 2-6 pm.
