Arrangements by Powers Funeral Home. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Rachel Harden, sisters Ann Manwell and Carol Huette, and brothers Walter (Bud), Chuck, and Tom Harden. Ken worked as a logger in the Elbe-Morton area. He met the love of his life Geraldine Sulkosky while working the woods. They started a family where Ken took a job at the Dupont Powder Plant. They settled in the Puyallup area. In 1974 they moved to Sumner, WA. and became prominent business owners of the "Waterhole Bar and Grill", which they still own after 44 years. Ken ended up retiring from Leigh Northwest Cement, Seattle. Ken is survived by his wife Gerri, one and only daughter Beverly and Ray Holdren, granddaughters Kimberly and Kelly Holdren, and his pride and joy great grandsons Brady and Beau Nyegaard. As well as his sisters Shirley Shoblom and Sue O'Donnell and brother Michael Harden. Also, his best friend of the 4-legged kind, Sissy Harden. Ken has touched so many lives in his 77 years. He is now in Heaven playing golf with Whitey Keifer and Bill Follett. He will be greatly missed by many. Celebration of life will be held Saturday September 22, 2018 at the Washington Thoroughbred Breeders Pavilion 3220 Ron Crockett Dr NW Auburn WA 98001. (Next to Emerald Downs) from 1-5pm.
