Janet Esther Barclay

Janet Barclay, age 86, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2020, in Tacoma. She grew up in Walla Walla, WA and is survived by Randall and Clark Barclay who are her sons.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave and her son Alan. Janet was a school teacher at McAlder Elementary School and later at Bonney Lake Elementary School. In 1994 Dave and Janet Barclay went into a partnership with another for arranging tours to countries far and near and they enjoyed many of the tours themselves. She was a faithful member of First United Presbyterian Church in Puyallup, which later became First Presbyterian Church in Puyallup.

There will be a viewing of the body on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 1:00pm-5pm, at Powers Funeral Home and a  memorial service will be held at Thursday December 31 at 11:00am,  Powers Funeral Home, 320 W Pioneer, Puyallup , WA.
