James Francis Christian Stanford

On Saturday March 18, 2023, James Francis Christian Stanford, beloved son and brother, passed away, unexpectedly at home. He was born December 16, 1986, at Lakewood Hospital, Lakewood, WA. to parents William & Carol Stanford.  James grew up and went to school in Puyallup. As a child he loved to sing, dance and act, he did so with Elite Dance Studio, Encore Kids performers, went on to Tacoma City Ballet for several years and performed in High school plays. During James' adult years he did Theater productions with Tacoma Musical Theater, Gig Harbor Theater, and several Seattle Theater Companies. James did this while still working for Watchguard for the past 14+ years, where he was valued for his hard work, fun and outgoing personality.  James loved our little dog Lilly and took her out often for walks and car rides around town and to Starbucks for pup cups. He leaves behind many friends who will miss his fun loving, high energy, and crazy ways.  James is survived by his loving family, Father- William, Mother- Carol, Brother Christopher & wife Dynasty, and children Jackson & Amelia. His sister Ariel (Stanford) Martz- Husband Kyle and children Logan, Letti, Levi, and Luke. His grandmother Lora Modena LaCasse, James will be missed as well by his Aunts, Uncles and cousins from far and near.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday April 29,2023 between 12-4 pm at Frontier Park 21714 Meridian Ave E. Graham, WA. 98338   Please no Helium Balloons. Bring your favorite memories to share with us.
