Gail Sylvia Vitale, age 70, passed on August 28th 2022 to continue her destiny in heaven, her true home. She was born on August 11th 1952 in Brooklyn, New York to her parents Oswald and Sylvia Warwick. She grew up in Bethpage, New York where she attended Bethpage Senior High School and went on to earn a degree from Concordia Lutheran University. In 1979, Gail married the love of her life, Frank A. Vitale and was married for 43 wonderful years. They relocated to Washington in 1983, to be by her parents. During that time, they raised their three loving children in Puyallup, Washington. She held a successful career in banking and finance for 35 years, all while attending local churches regularly every Sunday with her family. Between 2011 and 2019, she enjoyed the births of her 6 grandchildren and spent many wonderful times with them all. The last decade of her life was spent growing in her faith and her relationship with the Lord through her church, New Horizon Church in Fife, Washington. Gail was a prophetic prayer warrior and loved God with all her heart. She did not leave this earth defeated, but completely victorious in Jesus. We know her destiny is continuing on, just from a more advantageous location, as she continues to intercede for her family, friends, and church from heaven. Gail is preceded in death by her parents Oswald and Sylvia and sister Barbara. She is survived by her husband Frank, her brother Steve and wife Janice, her son David and wife Barbara and their three children, Kate, Anna, and Jayne and also by her daughter Carol and husband Michael and their three children, Jacob, Catie, and Ellie and also by her daughter Laura and husband Scott. A memorial service will be held Saturday September 17th at 1pm at New Horizon Church in Fife, Washington. Because of Gail’s passion for foreign missions and her heart of compassion for local outreach, contributions are equally welcomed, and can be sent to New Horizon Church.
