Born September 4th 1928 in Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines to her mother and father Eduviges and Fernando Sr. Lafrades. She is the 2nd oldest of 8 siblings: Fernando Jr., Carmen, Francisco, Frances, Camilo, Petronilo, and Aurelia. They lived in Santa Maria, Illocos Sur, then Corregidor Island in Manila Bay during World War II while her father served in the US army defending against the Japanese, then in Pasig city.
She attended Far Eastern University specializing in home economics, making the most delicious meals. Feliciana was married on January 9th, 1961 to Julio D. Mina at the Manila City Hall. She arrived in the United States in 1964 and swore in as a citizen on December 7th. She worked for the Boeing Company in Data Entry, served in 3 ministries with St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Sumner, WA., active member of the Legionarios Del Trabajo Grand Lodge, and the Filipino American Community in Algona, WA. She had a vibrant and active social life, leaving behind many nieces and nephews who love her, her brother Esco, sisters Nene and Auring.
