Evan James Hunter

Evan Hunter was born January 22, 1991 in Tacoma, Washington to Tracy and Steve Hunter. He was the second of what would become three sons . Evan grew up primarily in Puyallup Washington. He attended Meeker Elementary, Kallas Junior High, and Puyallup High School.

Shortly after high school, Evan enrolled in the Local 1 Bricklayers Union, where he eventually became a bricklaying foreman for Henson masonry. Evan enjoyed playing golf, spending time with his friends and family, and was a kind and loving person.

He's preceded by his mother Tracy and survived by his father, Steve, and his brothers, Dylan and Ryan.  Everyone who knew Evan loved him and he leaves a hole in our hearts.

There will be a viewing at Powers funeral home in Puyallup on Saturday, July 15 from 2-5 PM for friends and those who wish to say goodbye. We will be having a Celebration of Life service on Friday, August 11 at the Waller Road Grange at 4 PM.
