Dustin "Dusty" Boyd Gipfert

Dustin Boyd Gipfert was born on July 20, 1981 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA.  It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we have to share the unexpected passing of Dustin on Thursday, June 22, 2023.  Dustin was a beloved son of Larry Gipfert and Dorothy Fuller and had three brothers, Matthew, Travis, and Joshua, as well as two nephews, Brandon and Austin.

Dustin attended Orting High School and worked at many different companies including Renton Collections Inc., ER Solutions, Boeing Credit Union, City Bank, US Bank, Autobahn, Jerry’s Auto Sales, Jerry’s Café, and Taco Bell.  He also worked for his brother Matthew transporting automobiles out of Adesa and Mannheim auto auctions.

Growing up, Dustin enjoyed hot wheels then micro machines which led to his obsession with automobiles as well as having a taste for the finer things that life has to offer.

He was only 41 about to be 42 when he passed away.  Dustin had a good life although all too short.  He was loved and will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Dusty’s Celebration of Life / Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at the Eagles Hall in Orting, WA from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.
