Don Weber

January 21, 1936 — January 9, 2019

Dr. Donald Conrad Weber passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 9th, 2019. He was born January 21st, 1936 in Tacoma, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Marjorie Lou Weber, and his five children; Eric (Nancy), Laura, Chris (Michelle), Genevieve (Rolf), and Donald Coy (Karen), and 18 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren, and his Brother Ellery "Duke" (Deanne) Weber. He started his entrepreneurial career at the age of 8, delivering papers for the News Tribune. Dr. Weber was a graduate of UPS and the University of Washington Medical School in 1962. He practiced medicine as a family physician in Sumner and Lake Tapps, WA for 42 years and Dr. Weber was also the team doctor for Sumner HS for 25 years. He was proud of his military service in the Army where he served in Germany. Dr Weber also was involved in the community where he served as the president for the Sumner Food Bank, past president and 38 year member of Sumner Rotary, past president and six year member of the Sumner School Board and an Elder and 37 year member of the Sumner Presbyterian Church He was an avid golfer and member of the Linden Golf Club and he held the amazing record of getting 10 hole-in-ones (Ten Aces). He loved fishing on his "Golden Pond", Lake Jane, playing the piano, and singing with Marny. He made time to travel the world with his bride and made visiting his family a priority.
