Della R Carlin

March 9, 1932 — May 31, 2018

Della R. Carlin, 86, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2018 after al long battle with cancer. She was a member of St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church of Tacoma. She was preceded in death by Donald Carlin, her husband of 40 years; her daughter, Edith (Edie) Carlin; granddaughter, Carleen Nelson; and brothers Fr. Louis Renner, SJ, Richard Renner, and Leonard Renner. She is survived by her children Celene Keenen (Dave - deceased), David Carlin (Kassie), Steven Carlin (Cindy), and Cindy Cook (Ed); nine grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren with one on the way. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, June 15th, 2018 at 9:00 am at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Tacoma, Washington with a reception to follow. Arrangements by Powers Funeral Home.
