Cindy passed away peacefully in the early morning of February 20th, surrounded by her loved ones. They spent their last moments together praying, singing, talking, and laughing. Throughout her career, Cindy excelled as an administrative assistant to various executive managers before managing a Curves Women’s Fitness Club in South Hill, Puyallup. There, she formed lasting friendships. Upon retirement, she dedicated herself to caring for her husband, Bob, during his illness, staying loyally by his side every day until his passing.
Cindy’s life was a testament to her love for the Lord, evident in her constant prayer and praise. She was a source of spiritual inspiration to her family, always turning to prayer, whether in joy or in intercession. Cindy cherished time spent with friends and family, and by divine grace, she was able to reunite with many of them one last time during the burial of her mother, Louise.
Cindy was predeceased by her parents, Joseph, and Louise Ramos; her siblings, Mary, Betty, Leroy, Gary, and his twin who died at birth; and her beloved husband, Robert (Bob), who was the love of her life. She is survived by her siblings Joe, Darlene, Steven, Stephanie, and Yvonne; her children, Robert Hacker, Dawn Torres, Shannon Wilkinson, Stephanie Delcher, and Melinda Allphin; and her 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Gigi”. Cindy also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, including her dear friend Susan, who stayed by her side until the end.
