Casey Alan Coker

Casey Alan Coker, 49 passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at his home in Puyallup, WA. Casey was born in Lakewood, WA on April 10th, 1975, to Judy and Thomas Coker.  He moved to Puyallup at 6 years old, where he spent the remainder of his days.  Casey graduated from Puyallup High School in 1994 and attended Tacoma Community College. He was a valued manager with IR Specialty Foam for almost 30 years.

Casey was an avid sports fan, never missing a draft or a game.  He was a lifelong fan of the Seahawks and Mariners, enjoyed catching matches with the Kraken or the Zags and all the while praying for the return of the Sonics.  He enjoyed classic movies and was an ardent mystery reader.

Casey leaves behind his love Johanna May and his sons Bryce (Christine),22, Braydin,19 and Bentley, 11.   Casey will be terribly missed and always loved by his parents, Tom and Judy Coker of Puyallup, his sisters Kelly (Jason) Rice of Puyallup, Kara Denny (Mike Moss) of Olympia & his 6 nephews. He will be remembered by Grandmother Betty Barker of Puyallup and Aunt Patricia Tranberg (Steve Catlow) of Puyallup as well as Sister-in-law, Karla Giggy of Tacoma.  Casey was proceeded in death by Grandfather Earnie Barker, Mother-in-law Cora May, as well as Grandparents Lyle & Ellen Coker.

A memorial celebration will be planned for June, time & location TBA.
