Betty Jean Anderle

March 21, 1933 — February 12, 2023

Betty Jean Anderle passed away peacefully February12th, 2023 in Puyallup Wa. She was 89.

Betty was born March 21st 1933 in Troy Idaho to John and

Ellen Rauch. She later moved with her brother Ron and Family to Bremerton Wa. Where her father was employed at the shipyard and later worked in the lumber industry. She had fond memories going back to Troy and playing with her cousins during the summer months. Betty attended Lincoln High school and met her future husband, Robert Anderle who was attending Bellarmine Prep in Tacoma. While Betty was in school, she had an active schedule. She was a Job’s daughter, a division of the Masonic Lodge, and she was crowned queen. She also was a daffodil princess, was in plays and played piano. When Betty graduated, she went right into the nursing program at Tacoma General. A year before she earned her degree, she married Robert Anderle August 20th 1953 and soon had 3 children Jeff, Lisa and John. Betty continued her education and became an Operating Room Registered Nurse at day Surgery of Tacoma. Together as a couple they were community leaders involved in the PTA, earning a Golden Acorn Award in 1974. They enjoyed camping and building memories with the family. After retirement Betty and Bob enjoyed traveling and remodeling a cabin on Vashon Island for summer breaks and purchased a condo in Puerto Vallarta Mx. where they would spend months at a time. I would say a blessed life after hard work. Betty is predeceased by her husband Robert, son John, mother Ellen, father John and brother Ron. Surviving members are Son Jeff Anderle, wife Jean, daughter Lisa Anderle-Tremper and husband Dean, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Beautiful Lady and beautiful soul.
