Agnes H.L. Jensen

Agnes H.L. Jensen was born January 24, 1918 in Gary, MN. She passed away at home on January 8, 2018 ath the age of 99 in Puyallup, WA. She grew up on a farm in Borup, MN, graduated from Moorehead State Teachers College in 1945 and was a teacher in Roseau and Borup, MN. After moving to Puyallup in 1957 she taught at Franklin Pierce SD, Andrew Christensen Elementary from 1961-1984. She also graduated from PLU in 1966. She enjoyed bowling with the Franklin Pierce Faculty League and loved going to the Merry Mixers Senior Dance Club after retirement. She is survived by son Jerry of Federal Way, daughter Julie Jensen-Pryor (Gary) of Mosier, OR. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Alvin, 3 brothers, Lloyd, Allen, Chester Larson and 2 sisters, Gladys Luchau and Janis Rahier.
